New phone options for SchoolsHUB help

We’ve updated the options you select when calling the Department of Education on 1800 677 027.

The update makes it easier to find the right helpdesk by reducing the number of options. Next time you call, please listen carefully to the options.

This change will not impact the high standard of service our helpdesks currently provide you. You will continue to be promptly directed to our helpdesk staff in the Department of Education.
