You can resume using SchoolsHUB at 9 am (AEST) Thursday 17 April 2025.
The online estimator will be updated after mid-April with indexation estimates based on forecasts in the 2025-26 Budget update (released on 25 March 2025). This will result in increased funding estimates from 2026 onwards.
We’ll post a news item on SchoolsHUB when we’ve updated the online estimator.

The 2025 financial questionnaire (FQ) data collection is now open. You must submit your school’s FQ and a complete set of audited financial statements (including the accompanying auditor’s report) for your approved authority by 30 June 2025.
Sign into SchoolsHUB now to submit the FQ and audited financial statements (including the accompanying auditor’s report) for the 2024 calendar year.

The 2025 financial accountability (FA) collection is now open. You must submit your acquittal certificate and block allocation summary (if required) for your approved authority by 30 June 2025.
Independent qualified accountants:
Sign into SchoolsHUB now and submit the acquittal certificate for the approved authority for the 2024 calendar year.
Approved authorities for more than one school:
After your independent qualified accountant has submitted your acquittal certificate, sign into SchoolsHUB and submit your block allocation summary for the 2024 calendar year.

Why your school must have up-to-date details on SchoolsHUB
Having up-to-date details will ensure we can contact your school’s appropriate representative and process any funding-affecting changes.
To use SchoolsHUB, you must be a registered user. You may have had staffing changes so it’s important to check who has access to your school’s data. Approved authorities should also check the correct people have the right level of access to submit your data – this includes your independent qualified accountant.
How to notify us of changes
Approved authorities can sign into SchoolsHUB now and select Manage Organisation to review or update information. Please notify us of your school’s changes as soon as possible.
