Online Estimator now available with updated funding estimate years

The Online Estimator has been updated to rollover projected funding to the period 2025 to 2028.

The determined 2025 Capacity to Contribute (CTC) scores for CTC-eligible non-government schools are not yet available on the Online Estimator. The populated scores for 2025 used by the Online Estimator are based on schools’ determined 2024 CTC scores.

To make an estimate using an updated CTC score, you can manually enter your school’s 2025 CTC score into the Online Estimator’s CTC field.

2025 Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) Guidelines

The 2025 NCCD Guidelines have been updated with minor technical updates to ensure the Guidelines contain correct and accurate information and hyperlinks. There are no changes to the 2025 NCCD process. The 2025 Guidelines are now available on the NCCD Portal at 2025 NCCD Guidelines.

The NCCD Quick Guide has also been updated to reflect the change in year and is available on the NCCD Portal at NCCD Quick Guide.

The NCCD Guidelines are the authoritative guide to the NCCD and should be referred to when technical information and advice are required. They provide comprehensive information about the NCCD, including how to submit NCCD information, which students must be counted and what information must be provided on each student.

The NCCD Quick Guide provides the essential information schools and approved authorities need to know in an abbreviated version of the Guidelines.

Visit the NCCD Portal to download the 2025 NCCD Guidelines and the NCCD Quick Guide.
