The Department is implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) on SchoolsHUB. From Thursday 1 June 2023, you will need to be registered for MFA to continue using SchoolsHUB.
MFA means you will need to use your password and a one-time code generated by a compatible authentication app or sent to your email address to access SchoolsHUB.
MFA is a cyber security measure to help ensure your school and user data remain secure. Taking the extra step beyond a password improves protection of your entities’ information from potential hackers.
To prepare for this change, we ask that you:
- Read the MFA fact sheet containing general information about the change.
- Check the email address on your SchoolsHUB account is not a shared address (for example admin@school.edu).
- Stay up-to-date with this change by monitoring the SchoolsHUB homepage News section for updates over the coming weeks.
The scheduled maintenance to SchoolsHUB is now complete. You can now resume using SchoolsHUB.
SchoolsHUB will be impacted by scheduled maintenance. You will not be able to use SchoolsHUB on Wednesday 26 April 2023 between 2 pm and 5 pm (AEST).
