The Online Estimator has been updated with the latest indexation projections for 2024 to 2027, based on the release of the Federal Budget 2024–25, Budget Paper 1.

The 2024 Financial Questionnaire (FQ) collection is now open. You must submit your FQ and a complete set of audited financial statements for your approved authority by 30 June 2024.
Sign into SchoolsHUB now and submit the FQ and audited financial statements for the 2023 calendar year.

Qualified accountants:
Sign into SchoolsHUB now and submit the Acquittal Certificate for the approved authority.
Approved authorities for more than one school:
After your accountant has submitted your Acquittal Certificate, sign into SchoolsHUB and submit your Block Allocation Summary.

Some SchoolsHUB users are receiving an error message saying their email or username and password combination does not match when attempting to sign in to SchoolsHUB.
Stored cookies and cached browser data can cause sign in issues.
In many cases, this error can be fixed by clearing the cache of your internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge).
How to clear your cache
For Google Chrome:
- Go to the top right-hand side of your screen
- Click the three vertical dots
- Click Settings in the drop-down menu
- On the left-hand side of the screen, click Privacy and security
- In the middle of the screen, click Clear browsing data
- In the box next to Time range, select All time
- Tick the box next to Cookies and other site data
- Tick the box next to Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
For Safari (Mac)
- Go to the top left of your screen
- Click Safari
- Click Settings... or Preferences... in the drop-down menu
- Click the Advanced tab on the far right of the menu that pops up
- Tick the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar at the bottom of the pop-up box
- Go to the menu at the top of your screen
- Click Develop
- Click Empty Caches halfway down the drop-down menu
For Microsoft Edge:
- Go the top right-hand side of your screen
- Click the three horizontal dots
- Click Settingsin the drop-down menu
- On the left-hand side of the screen, click Privacy, search, and services
- Under Clear browsing data click the box Choose what to clear to the right of Clear browsing data now
- Under Time range, select All time
- Tick the box to the left of Cookies and other site data
- Tick the box to the left of Cached Images and files
- Click Clear now
Once you’ve cleared your cache:
- Close your internet browser and reopen it
- Go to a search engine such as Google
- Type in ‘SchoolsHUB’ in the search bar and hit Enter*
- From the search results, click Home – SchoolsHUB Portal
- Sign in to SchoolsHUB from the homepage
*Do not access SchoolsHUB through a bookmark or a saved link.
