Now Open: Financial Accountability 2022

The 2022 Financial Accountability (FA) collection is now open.  You must submit your acquittal certificate and block allocation summary (if required) by 30 June 2022.

Accountants:

Sign in now and submit the acquittal certificate for the approved authority.

Approved Authorities for more than one school:

After your accountant has submitted your acquittal certificate, sign in and submit your block allocation summary.

SchoolsHUB will be offline for three hours on Wednesday

The SchoolsHUB portal will be offline on Wednesday 6 April between 2pm and 5pm. Expect portal access to be available from 5pm onwards.

Address Collection 2022 large files software update is complete

SchoolsHUB users can now upload 2022 Address Collection XML files with maximum size of 25MB. Software updates commencing on Saturday and continuing yesterday were completed.

Address Collection 2022 has also been extended to Wednesday 30 March.

Address Collection 2022 extended to Wednesday 30 March

In light of the impacts of COVID and more recently schools impacted by floods in NSW and Queensland, the Address Collection Helpdesk have decided to extend the due date by 2 weeks to Wednesday 30 March 2022.

The large files software update affecting address collection is now complete

Our Support Staff are available to help you through the process on the Address Collection Helpdesk at SEShelpdesk@dese.gov.au or on 1800 677 027 (option 4). We are available to help you Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST.

Address Collection 2022 software update is continuing

The 2022 Address Collection software update is continuing, as a result users uploading large data files may be impacted. Please avoid uploading any Address Collection XML files larger than 2000 records/rows (approximately).

Thank you for your patience, DESE will publish news to advise when normal Address Collection services can resume in the coming days.
