Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now on SchoolsHUB.  

You will be prompted to choose your MFA method on your next sign on. New SchoolsHUB users will also be prompted to register as part of their sign-up process.

If you’re having any trouble registering, we are here to help. Contact us by: 

• submitting a new support request via the Help and Support tab in SchoolsHUB 

• calling 1800 677 027 (option 7). 

SchoolsHUB will be unavailable from 12.30pm Wednesday 12 July 2023 to 9.00am Thursday 13 July 2023 for the implementation of multi-factor authentication. 

During this time the SchoolsHUB website will be unavailable. Users will see an outage notice.  

SchoolsHUB will return to normal operations from 9.00am on Thursday 13 July 2023.

SchoolsHUB will be impacted by scheduled maintenance. You will not be able to use SchoolsHUB on Wednesday 5 July 2023 between 2 pm and 5 pm (AEST).

The Student Attendance (STATS) Collection is now open. Declare your data by Friday 4 August 2023.
