The financial accountability (FA) and financial questionnaire (FQ) data collections will not open on 2 April 2026 as previously advised. The timing has been adjusted to align with the availability of supporting system functionality and guidance. Further information on revised commencement timing will be provided as soon as it is available.
FA and FQ policy requirements, reporting obligations, and payment arrangements remain unchanged. Approved authorities will also still need to submit their FA and FQ data on the Education Funding System by 30 June 2026.
Approved authorities are encouraged to continue working with their external auditor and independent qualified accountant to prepare financial information ahead of revised commencement dates.
The 2026 Student residential address and other information collection (address collection) is now open and must be completed in the Education Funding System (EFS).
To access the address collection, you will need to sign in to the EFS via EducationHUB.
For help with completing the address collection, visit the address collection page on EducationHUB.
You can also view a recorded webinar on how to complete the address collection in the EFS.
