In light of the impacts of COVID and more recently schools impacted by floods in NSW and Queensland, the Address Collection Helpdesk have decided to extend the due date by 2 weeks to Wednesday 30 March 2022.
The large files software update affecting address collection is now complete
Our Support Staff are available to help you through the process on the Address Collection Helpdesk at SEShelpdesk@dese.gov.au or on 1800 677 027 (option 4). We are available to help you Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST.
The 2022 Address Collection software update is continuing, as a result users uploading large data files may be impacted. Please avoid uploading any Address Collection XML files larger than 2000 records/rows (approximately).
Thank you for your patience, DESE will publish news to advise when normal Address Collection services can resume in the coming days.
Address Collection 2022: Software Update from Saturday 26 February
The Address Collection 2022 will undergo required software update from Saturday 26 February to Monday 28 February. Please avoid uploading any XML file larger than 2000 records/rows (approximately).
Normal Address Collection services will resume on Tuesday 01 March.
