Online estimator is no longer being updated 24 August 2026

Due to the transition to the EFS, the SchoolsHUB online estimator is no longer being updated with the latest data. As a result, you may need to update fields with any changes made after July 2026, including accounting for indexation, to ensure the estimator tool still provides reasonable funding estimates.

A replacement estimator tool using up-to-date data will soon be accessible via the EFS. We'll notify you when it becomes available and provide information on how to access and use it.

Indexation rates used in the online estimator

Indexation in the online estimator has not changed since the 2026-27 Budget. These rates are:

2026: 3.7%

2027: 3.3%

2028: 3.3%

2029: 3.3%

Final 2026 Indexation

The final Schooling Resource Standard (SRS) Indexation rate for 2026 has been confirmed as 3.4%. Visit the Department of Education website for more information on how school funding is indexed.
