Important advice to approved authorities on SchoolsHUB cut-off dates 18 November 2025

As part of the rollout of the new Education Funding System (EFS), key functionality will transition from SchoolsHUB to the EFS. To support a smooth changeover and avoid duplication of effort, please take note of the following submission cut-off dates in SchoolsHUB.

SchoolsHUB cut-off dates allow enough time for applications and submissions to be assessed and finalised before this functionality transitions to the EFS.

Important: Our system does not allow future-dating a statement of enrolment.

For change requests requiring a statement of enrolment:

  • enter the same date the request is created
  • include enrolment numbers known at that time.

An updated statement of enrolment can be provided once students commence in 2026.

Note: Recalculations for increased enrolments cannot be processed before the August 2026 Non-government schools census. Recalculations for reduced enrolments can still be processed.

 

Approved authorities will be able to submit updates for their organisation and schools in Release 2, scheduled for March 2026. For more information, visit the EFS web page.
