Using SchoolsHUB Organisation Management

A organisation is a School, Location, Office, Approved Authority or Block Grant Authority registered with the department as a reporting entity for SchoolsHUB.

To link an organisation to your user profile, please read Managing your SchoolsHUB user access and profile.

For additional assistance with linking organisations, call the SchoolsHUB helpdesk on 1800 677 027 or submit a new support request.

If you change from one organisation to another, you do not need to re-register with SchoolsHUB.

Update your organisation details by:

  1. Sign into SchoolsHUB
  2. Open your user profile page
  3. In the organisations and roles section, click remove
  4. To add your new organisation, select Link an organisation 
  5. In the find organisation search field, type the organisation name or AGEID and select next
  6. Select the appropriate organisation type, click Next.
  7. If your organisation does not appear, click Can't find your organisation? for advanced search fields and filters
